We maintain robust management systems, procedures and assurance activities to support consistent delivery across our operations. This includes clear responsibilities, training and competency requirements, verification of critical controls, incident reporting and investigation, and continuous improvement through lessons learned.
We believe that every employee has a role to play in the management of our health and safety policies and at Denholm we nurture and encourage a positive health and safety culture to ensure that we keep our people safe. Key Performance Indicators are set for every aspect of our business and these are regularly monitored to ensure that we meet the highest standards.
We expect the same standards from our supply chain as we do of ourselves. We pre-qualify and manage subcontractors, communicate site rules and expectations, and collaborate with customers to ensure hazards are understood and risks are controlled.
